This home was updated prior to my purchase and one of the reasons I loved the home is the quality of the updates and the fact that the major cost items are all newer, the beautiful tile in all the bathroom and on the first floor, the kitchen updates and the bathroom updates. The home can be purchased with all the furniture and kitchen items for either the buyer who may need it to start or the investor who wants a turn key investment. I originally bought it for investment and it was a profitable investment for me, then I moved in it for a year when I moved to Lakeway. I loved the space, each room is so big and the view of the sunset from this condo is spectacular. The front stairs are short, not having to climb a mountain, and another reason I liked the end condo was I planned to put a path around the front to the back door, (with HOA approval first) so there would be no stairs to climb to enter the home. Once inside you have a bedroom down and only a couple of stairs from Great Room to rest of downstairs. I felt I could age in place! I left because I have multiple dogs that needed a yard and I need a garage! I had to give up a lot of living square footage to get the garage and yard, plus at a higher price. One will find it hard to find this amount of square footage in Lakeway for this price.
I loved the location right across from the Lakeway pool, around the corner from a nice hiking trail, the trail for walking down Lakeway Blvd, and Lakeway Mart is close.
The outside of the condos have new siding, porch and roof so there is little needed for the future. Two new HVAC systems, one up and one down were installed in 2021.
I retired recently and want to sell for two reasons, I would like to not have to worry about renters when I travel and I think it would be easier to consolidate and make it simpler for my heirs to settle matters
